Secret no-4 (massive action)

So, here i am again with secret no 4 to become a successful person. This is one the formula to become successful in any business that we do :

Massive action x Our skill = Massive success

After learning and applying secret no 2 (become an expert- reading leadership, network marketing, motivation book or we can search it trough the net or we also can search and learn it from youtube.com ), now we put our skill that we gain into an action . There is old man say, without any action, our wisdom is dead. When we put our skill into action, we bring our dream into reality . It is true that when we took our first action, i can guarantee you that we will face a lot of rejection. I GUARANTEE. That was happen to me when i start to take my first action. But, i dont care what because i know the more rejection i meet, the more the chances i'll be success. I dont care what people say to me, the only thing that i know is i learn from the mistake, start it over again with improvement and i start to see these thing working. :-).

WHAT IT ALREADY ON MARCH !!!

Time is moving too fast. I, myself didn't realize that its already on march. Yesterday it was on February. Since January after i'm, resigning, i think i have a lot of time that i can spend wisely. I don't have to wake up early on morning for ready to go at office. Wasting time in traffic jammed everyday ( i think i have spend around 2 hours everyday just stuck in the traffic jammed). I was happy. I can use these time to develop myself. Every little improvement everyday will make a bit different after 3 months or 6 months (i think i have post about it in my secret-2 , be an expert).

After 3 months doing this network marketing, i realize that i start to change. I start to improve myself, I start to make different. I want to inspired to all people (especially the youngster) to start improving themselves. I challenge you to just take 30 minutes perday to read success book or journal and i believe at the end of the month . This is book that i suggest you to read , "THINK AND GROW RICH" (download here) .

Secret 3- Goal Setting

Hai.. Here i am again. Giving you, third secret to become success. So, the third secret is GOAL SETTING.

I believe to become success, you have to clear what i your goal. If you don't have any goal now, you better take your pen and paper. Take time to think what is your goal. If you don't have any goal, it is like a ship don't know which land they want to sail. When you stick on your ship, and don't know where you want to go, you can't manage your food on board and finally dying starving before arrive at the shore. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE GOAL.

By borrowing THINK AND GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill goal setting method, I want to share with you how to set your goal.

1.) You must have a goal. List down your goal on a paper. With this way, you'll be precise how to make your dream come true.
2.) You must have time limit to reach your goal. I think you can 1 month, 3 month, 1 year, 3 years goal. You cannot reach your big goal in one shot, you have to reach there step by step. You may face a lot of difficulty, you may sacrifies a lot of thing but they will teach you and make you strong. So, another key here is don't stop in the middle of your war.
3.) You must written down why you must reach the goal.
4.) The last one in goal setting, you must write how to reach the goal.

After you done written down all the necessary step, the last step is to look these goal everyday. So, i suggest you to make a copy of it an put it beside your mirror and at the front page of your daily planner. By looking at it everyday, this will feeding your unconscious mind that more powerful than your conscious mind. So, don't wait any longer.. grab your pen and start to write your goal setting.

Secret no. 2 - Be an expert

Hello everyone. Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Valentine day. I just come from wedding a good friend of mine. We go to same school, we stay in same hostel and after 5 years staying there, we are with our own but still we are friend. :-).

Today, i wanna share with you secret no. 2 to became a success person in our life. Secret no. 2 is be an expert. Oppssss.. You may say to me i can become an expert. I have totally no idea how i can become an expert. Become an expert is very easy. You cant become an expert just for a night. It is impossible. But, doing the thing that we want to expert everyday, apply it again and again in our life believe me, after doing the same task everyday you'll become and expert. If you want to be success, learn from them who have been success. I believe there is a lot of book that you can get from the book store. If you read 5 books this week in one subject, let say it as network marketing, you have become 5 times experience from other people around you.You also a expert if you just know more 1 percent more of these subject. Success people devote their time to learn so that they can become success. I say to my friend, mentor of mine, that i'll develop myself to defeat him. But, as i learn, he also continue learning and he develop himself everyday. I learn and read a lot of book to defeat him but i still can :-). But along the way, when i read a lot of book and learning new things. I begin to become like him, encourage and start to inspired a lot of people. I didn't realize that i have become an expert.

So, if you really serious to become success in your life. Start to learn and become an expert. :-p

Secret no 1. - Ability to dream big

Hello everybody, it seem i haven't blogging for a few day. And i know that some of you have waiting my post for this few day. I just come back from Semporna with some friend for some preview there (you can see our journey inside www.magneticsuccessjourney.blogspot.com ) and to study the culture. We have so much fun along the journey in this few journey. When i was driving to go there, i have played 7 secret audio by matt morriss about a secret to be success in any business and i think we can apply this secret in what we do in our life (for example our study, current job etc etc). So, in this next 7 posts, i will try to elaborate these secret so we can learn and apply it together in our life journey.

Here is the first secret, is ;

"Ability to dream a big dream"

There is a wise man word saying, " we cannot live in wilderness life if we don't have a wild dream". I have read a lot of book, and most of the book say that, to be success in our life, we must have a desire. Napoleon Hill state, the desire that we have is not a regular desire, but a burning desire.

Come with me in this imagination, if we know our life time limit, or let say that we only given a day before we die, what is the most thing that we want to do in our life? I have questioned this question to some of my friend, some say ;

• i'll pray and read the bible
  
• spend time with people who their love
• do the thing that they really want to do
• etc etc etc

My question is, how they make do these wish? Are they do that just for half heart, quarter heart or full . I think they do full heart and doesn't care what people will say to them. This is the burning desire. And to have that desire, we must have the ability to dream, dream big. People say , " if you dream doesn't enough to scare you, the dream is not big enough for you."

When we are little kid, have your teacher ask what is your dream. Sure they do and some of us will say, i want to be a millionaire, successful people in the world. They (the kids) say they will be and not try to be. It is a dream. But, when we grow up, society steal our dream. We try to think the realistic so that the society will allow us to become among them. But, this have limit our dream ... At the end of the day, we just want to be someone that suit for us. Don't limit your dream. If you limit your dream, you'll never success.

Dream big dream and be success.

Are you really that BUSY?

Most of answer that i always hear from my friend or excuse for them not going out with me or can't pick up my phone is "I'm too busy". I believe that, long time ago when i was at University i has use the same reason for me to get out or to not attending friend or church etc etc event. This is the common reason. If you are really busy, that you are the CEO, Prime Minister, maybe you are too and once again too busy or if you are handling a big project that you have to finish very soon maybe you are too busy. But, if you not that busy then get out from this. It seem a very simple words that we can use to give excuse but words after words and after words it will become your habit. Have you hear about words become flesh. And at the end of the day, you are missing a lot of wonderful memory because of this reason. And you even don't know what is you really busy about. Thats doesn't make a sense for you if you really want to be success in your life.

God is so good. Are you agree with me? I know you agree with me. He have give a same gift for us, everyone is the same. (3 things that people can't change in our life). For us (christian), our salvation by Jesus is a gift for me and for you. It is free. The second one is our wonderful and awesome design brain. When we are born we have given a same brain but when we grow up our brain will shape on what input we have give to our brain (i'll talk about this topic later on in next post). The third one, everyone of us in this world are given 24 hours a day. No one can take it from you. Can you imagine how God is so good for us. You see, if you say that you are so busy and can't take a time to read bible or some book, please think it again. :-). Can't you spend at least 15 minute just to do that. It's only take 15 minutes from you 24 hours but from 15 minutes power it is equal 5475 minutes per year if you are consistence doing that. And can't you just spend 1 hour with your friend at least they know you still there hehe (this remind me at myself when i haven't see them for 2 month, they say "i thought you are already die".) hahaha..

So please and please and please. Think about this again ," ARE YOU REALLY THAT BUSY?"

Tips on how to save money

Today is another wonderful day thats better than other day before. :-) Are you agree with me? Or, if it is a unlucky day for you, don't be so upset like it is an end of the world because tomorrow is another day that full of hope.

Think of this question, "Do you think money is very important?" Some people say that money not important, they may say that money can't buy love for you. But money is very important to me. I believe that God never want us to live poor. He have give us everything and it is our mistake if we keep walking as broke man. This is some advice you can take to save money:

1.) Always look for sales and shop only at discount stores
2.)Get out of habit to eat out to often
- this will help you to save money, and also to take care of your health.
3.) Share an apartment or house with your friends.
4.) Try to live without car if can. Ride a bike :-).
5.) Buy monthly passes for whatever public transit you ride.
6.) When you buy something expensive, always ask yourself, do I really need this.
7.) Learn a saving experience from other.

I hope this some advices will help you to increases your saving.

Talk About Love

The power of dream

Good morning everyone, it is 4.42 am in malaysia and i just woke and having a good wonderful morning.

Today i want to share with you, how it is very important to dream. :-). Do you like to dream? What kind of dream do you have now, what i mean is not what u have dream when you are still sleeping just now. lol. What i mean is what do you really want to achieve in your live.

Back when we are still kid, i believe when the parent, teacher, their among friend or people in their circle asking them what they want to be in future, i think they will have a direct and confidence answer.. "i want to be a doctor, pilot, policeman, firefighter, astronaut, engineer, and bla bla bla bla". Kid have a good imagination and their dreaming is very strong. When we give them another question, what car you want to drive , "Ferarri, Lamborgini, BMW, Proton and bla bla bla bla". BUT.... what happen to their dream when they or we growing up. It begin to fade. Then when were growing up we say to ourselves, hey... be realistic. Done dream something that you cannot achieve, so where all the dream about the race car, about a big house and bla bla bla bla.. I believe that our instinct still want all of that, but we afraid this can make us disappointed.

When i start read some book, then i become realize the different between successful person and the broke people. There is always the same, the fundamental is alway the same. HOW THEY BECOME SUCCESS ? They have desire, it's not only a desire , it is a burning desire .. the desire that they really want like they want to die tommorow. But how to arise that desire. It is DREAMING. Dreaming is free. We can always dream and nobody will angry with us. hehehe

This is the science or what we call the law of success, there are 2 parts in our brain. One is conscious and the other unconscious mind. The conscious mind telling us what to do in our day and the unconscious part tell the conscious mind what to do. The funny thing is the unconscious mind cannot differentiate what is true or lie fact that we feed to it. It always assume that everythng is true. Let say, you have put in you mind that you'll fail in exam before the exam.. And after the exam you find out that you really fail because the brain telling it so. So, until we feed our dream to our mind, the unconscious mind will telling the conscious mind to begin to act to reach our dream. When we dream to be a RICH SUPER MILLIONAIRE guy, the unconscious telling the conscious part, and the conscious mind telling the body what to do. Then we start to read good book, learn about financial and i believe everyone can be RICH SUPER MILLIONAIRE guy.

No stress , no fun

Haha.. Today when i was surfing the net.. I come across with this words

NO STRESS , NO FUN

When thinking back about stress. Yes, it really frustrating when something everything we do is not in order, i mean everything is seem wrong. This bring a frustration. Sometimes, this stress can bring you hypertension, high blood etc. But, if can manage the stress everything will become fine again. You see, stress is all about controlling your brain. Here you can do when you start to become stress.

1.) Lay back at your chair
2.) Close your eyes for 1 or 2 minutes ( i think if you spend 1 or 2 minutes on other thing will not affecting your job, yes i do know some work that you even cannot spend a minute to rest :-))
3.) Take a deep breath.
4.) Think a positive thing to create your positive mood (remember, it is all about how you control your mind)
5.) Begin to think, you can do it.... Because in the end you can do it.

or make it simple..

1.) Stand up, go to toilet and wash your face. :-)

This is the formula about stress and why it is somehow fun..

Stress = Challenging job = make you think more = it is fun
No stress = your job is boring = make you sleepy = no fun at all

So, think positive because stress is fun. Have a good day.. And please do stress today, hahaha just kidding.

Change to be a better person

It seem i havent posted any post in this blog for a while. And this a while have change me to a different person since then.

After make a decision to resign as an engineer (it was a hard decision to make, since engineer is a good job and the company pay me a good salaries too), i have become a fulltime doing my network marketing business. It seem an easy work to do at first (for my first sight, i think it is far more easy than learning forex :o), but after doing it for about 1 month i then realize that network marketing is not easy as i thought. It far more complicated and hard because we need to deal with other people. I begin to learn how to deal with other people, how to increase my leadership skill, how to influence people and it is not an easy task to do. I start to read books ( a lot of book), hear motivation tape, searching and learn from network marketing Guru like Randy Gage, etc...

Day by day is past. January is about to end and tomorrow gonna be February and i dont realize that in just one month i change a lot. I only realize that i begin to change when some of my friend say ,"hey, thom. I think you not the same thom that we know before. You are different now". "Huhhh"... am still the same thom ... But, i know that my changes is a good changes, changes that i need to do in my journey to financial freedom. And i believe that from network marketing i can achieve it , i just cant imagine this changes happen to me in one month, what will happen if this continue for all of my life.. a changes to become a better person. :-). I challenge myself, i can do it i can do it and i can do it. Please pray for me..

I have to change to get the result.. And i believe that God have prepare me an good and abundance life ahead.. I ll just believe and continue what successful people have achieve. They are my role model and i want to be role model for my family, friend and other. And to prove that i can become success where i start from scratch or nothing..
